Workshop 2:

Didgeridoo – Rhythms, patterns and breathing (Sunday)

Aimed at those who can already play the basics of didgeridoo to help you develop your skills with the focus on building rhythms and patterns. We will explore a range of sounds that we can produce and steadily link them into simple patterns that help form a structure and flow to your playing. See then how you can layer these patterns to open up even more options and directions.

We will also focus on breathing techniques – working towards circular breathing, to help extend your playing time and enhance the rhythms and patterns.

Includes a didgeridoo relaxation and meditation for you to completely unwind and bathe in the pulse and swirls of this ancient earth stick.

A range of didgeridoos and practice pipes provided, but please bring your own if you have one.
