Chris Allen has nearly 20 years of experience practising yoga, he teaches in a gentle style with plenty of emphasis on breath control with movement;  Sometimes using short sequences learnt slowly and with control, then sped up or continued at your own pace.


Chris feels this empowers students to find the stillness within their movement.


Pranayama and Meditation are often a part of his classes, they will leave you feeling Stronger, Calmer, Suppler & more connected with your body and breath.
